IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL CARRINGTON
RESIDENTS: All property improvements
must be submitted on the "Request
for Architectural Control Approval" form and be approved by the
Architectural Review Committee (Carrington Communities Association, Inc.,
c/o AMI, 9099 Technology Lane, Fishers, IN 46038) PRIOR to beginning any
such projects. The Request form is located at the link above. Article
6.2(i) below:
Article 6.2(i)
of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of
Carrington Communities in part states:
(i)
In General. No residence, building, structure,
antenna, satellite dish, basketball goal, walkway, fence, deck, wall,
patio or other improvement of any type or kind shall be erected,
constructed, placed or altered on any Lot or Residence Unit and no
change shall be made in the exterior color of any Residence Unit or
accessory building located on any Lot without the prior
written approval of the Architectural Review Committee. [Emphasis
added.]
